For home baristas

Every new bag, dialed in with ease.

Take a photo of the bag. Dialed builds a starting recipe tailored to your grinder and machine, grounded in the characteristics of the coffee bean. Pull the shot, say how it went, and the recipe adapts until it tastes right. Dialing in, faster and honestly more fun with less waste.

Adapt if it's off

Great first shot? It's dialed in! If not, tell Dialed how it ran and tasted and the recipe adjusts until it's there.

Grounded AI, not vibes.

Every recipe is built from your specific setup and specific knowledge about the coffee bean, processing and other variables. Every recommendation is carefully checked before it reaches you.

๐Ÿซ˜

The bean

Process, roast level, roast age and altitude change how a coffee extracts. Dialed reads them from the bag and reasons like a barista: a fresh anaerobic light roast gets a very different start than a rested classic blend.

๐ŸŽ›๏ธ

Your setup

You describe your grinder and machine once. Recipes are computed for that specifically. No temperature advice for a machine that can't set one, and each setup keeps its own learning.

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Your history

Every dial-in teaches Dialed where espresso actually lives on your dial. Repeat coffees start from the recipe that worked last time, nudged for the new bag's freshness.

Hard guardrails

Our AI barista never freestyles numbers. Every suggestion is grounded in your grind range and espresso physics.

Built like a good barista thinks.

Honest about uncertainty, obsessed with your setup, sharper with every bag.

๐Ÿ”ข

Numbers you can set

Recipes name the exact setting to turn to, plus dose, yield, temperature and a target shot time. Never just "grind fine".

๐Ÿซ–

Pour-over too

Espresso is the heart, but a V60 or Aeropress setup can live alongside it: its own grinder range, its own recipes, its own learning. Switch setups with a tap.

โ˜•๏ธ

Remembers every bag

Want to remember your favorite coffee bean from 5 months ago? Dialed saves that. Bought that Ethiopian again? The new bag starts from your proven recipe, adjusted for how fresh it is. No re-dialing from scratch.

๐Ÿค

Honest confidence

Every recipe says how sure it is. "Confident" has to be earned by results on your machine, it is never claimed upfront.

๐Ÿง

Barista's take

Recipes explain themselves: what the process does to the cup, why this grind, what to watch on the first shot. You get better while the coffee does.

๐Ÿฅ›

Made for your cup

Espresso or cappuccino, oat or whole milk. Recipes are tuned for the drink you actually make, and milk drinks pull a tighter, punchier shot.

What it won't do.

Dialed won't pretend espresso is solved. Great shots still take fresh beans, taste and a little patience. It just makes sure very few of your shots are wasted ones.

  • No magic first shot every time. A strong starting point and fast convergence.
  • No feed, no streaks, no notifications begging you back. It's a tool you open when there's coffee to dial.
  • Bag photos are read once to capture the label, then deleted.

Questions, answered.

Which grinders and machines does it support?

Any of them. Popular grinders and machines (Niche, DF64, Eureka, 1Zpresso, Breville/Sage, Gaggia, Lelit, La Marzocco and more) come with calibrated defaults. Everything else works too: Dialed learns your espresso range from your first dial-in.

Do I need a smart scale or extra gear?

No. If you can weigh your dose, you have everything. You tell Dialed roughly how the shot ran and tasted; it does the reasoning.

Does it only do espresso?

Espresso is the focus. You can add a second setup for pour-over, with its own grinder range and recipes, and each brewing method learns separately.

What happens to my bag photos?

They're uploaded once so the label can be read.

When can I get it?
